Local Scout group based in Hayes, over 95 years in the dedication to making Young People's lives better.
What is Scouting?
Scouting is a non-profit organisation operated by the UK Scouting Association, however Scouting is run world-wide with the primary goal of changing young people's lives, giving them opportunities not necessarily available to others their age, and giving them vital skills for life which they keep with them forever!

How does 1st Hayes operate?
1st Hayes operates 3 main sections, starting from Beavers at the age of 5 3/4 to Scouts at the age of 14.
We also operate a Young Leaders programme for those aged 14 - 18 yrs. Providing them with leadership skills and training in a section of their choosing.
Should Young Leaders wish to continue their work with 1st Hayes, we will always welcome them and anyone else who wishes to be an Adult Leader with any of our sections.
