Please only fill out a new joiner form AFTER you have been asked to by a member of 1st Hayes Leadership.

You will only be asked to fill out a form on the following occasions:

You have attended your first meeting at a 1st Hayes Section and have been instructed to fill out a form by a leader, to provide your young person(s) details.
You have been asked to fill out a form as your details have changed and you wish to inform 1st Hayes about it.
You have been asked to fill out a form as part of a Scout Association Census.
You have been asked to fill out a form for any reason, however you have been instructed to do so.

DO NOT FILL OUT A FORM IF YOU WANT TO JOIN 1ST HAYES. YOU MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE MEETING!

In the spirit of saving paper and becoming more eco-friendly, 1st Hayes have moved our method of collecting information to our website.

Your information is encrypted and secured and only provided to the Online Administrator, who adds the details provided to our Online Scout Manager website, which is secure, protected and only able to be accessed by leaders. Your response to the form is then erased, ensuring your information is kept secure in line with GDPR.

You can complete a new joiner form by using the window on this page and scrolling through it, or selecting the button below the form window to open the form up in its own separate page for completion.

Once you have been added to OSM, the Online Administrator will ensure you recieve an email confirmation from OSM.
